- If you accidentally placed an order. We will cancel the order and issue a refund if your order has not been shipped yet.
- If you need to change your order. We are happy to adjust the quantities or varieties in your order if we have not shipped it yet.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled. Contact us within 7 days of receiving and describe the issue. We will assess your claim and it may be eligible for a refund or replacement product. Please note: due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept your claim after 7 days. Because our products are perishable and do not contain preservatives, they must be properly stored to maintain their quality and freshness. We recommend you store your grain in the refrigerator or freezer if it is not being used within one month.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders placed accidentally or incorrectly on your end that have already been shipped.
- Orders you no longer need or have changed your mind on that have already been shipped.
- Orders delayed due to carrier issues.
- Orders that have been stored or handled incorrectly after delivery.
