Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders in 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, and another email when your order is shipped. Because we mill all of our flour fresh to order, there may be a slight delay in processing time if we are receiving a high volume of orders at once. 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Please double check that you have entered your correct and complete address before checking out. Contact us at tazewellgf2024@gmail.com if your order appears lost. Note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer, nor are we responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, etc.
