Organic Pastry Flour

Our pastry flour is made with organic soft red winter wheat that is milled and then carefully sifted using a 100-mesh screen to remove all bran and germ, creating a very fine white flour perfect for cookies, cakes, muffins, biscuits, scones, pie crust, croissants, and more. Our pastry flour has an 8%-9% protein content which means it has less gluten, resulting in a softer, more delicate bite.
